$10,000 FOR BREAST CANCER TREATMENT

KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Benton Franklin Fair & Horse Heaven Round-Up
Rodeo raised $10,612 with its first Tough Enough To Wear Pink campaign during
its August event.
The money was raised through a mechanical bull riding challenge, the raffle
of a paint colt, t-shirt sales and sponsor donations. The fair association
also donated $5,000. That is $1 for everyone in attendance at the rodeo
Aug. 24.
The money will be donated to local treatment programs for women with breast
cancer who do not have health insurance.
