Are you tough enough to wear pink? Prove it!

So you think you have to be tough to jump on the back of a bucking bull?  That's not tough compared to fighting breast cancer. That's tough!

The Cody Stampede invites fans to its Tough Enough To Wear Pink Rodeo on July 2nd. This year marks the 88th Anniversary of the Buffalo Bill Cody Stampede in the great city of Cody founded by the world famous Col. William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody.  Tickets are available by calling 800-207-0744.  More information is available at www.codyniterodeo.com .

A donation to the Tough Enough To Wear Pink fundraiser for breast cancer research and awareness will be made for each fan wearing pink.  Don't have anything pink?  You can buy a bandana, baseball cap, jelly bracelet or an embroidered ribbon logo right there.  Volunteers will be collecting donations throughout the evening.

The concept of tough cowboys wearing pink might sound funny, but it is what makes Tough Enough To Wear Pink so special. Learn more at www.toughenoughtowearpink.com.

Pink. It's the color to wear if you're a cowboy, cowgirl or rodeo fan to show support for breast cancer research.   In Wyoming, wearing pink is also an opportunity to recognize over 300 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in our state this year. Are you tough enough?

Funds raised at the July 2nd Cody Stampede will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure - Wyoming Affiliate in memory of Cody’s Carrie Gasch who fought a long, valiant battle with the disease.

The Susan G. Komen for the Cure is the world's largest and most progressive grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists. It is dedicated to curing breast cancer at every stage - from the causes to the cures, and through the pain and anxiety of every moment in between. For more information, go to www.komenwyoming.org.

Pink symbolizes courage, strength and determination when the rodeo community comes together in the fight against breast cancer. Take a "tough stance" on breast cancer. Wear pink on July 2nd at the Cody Stampede’s Tough Enough To Wear Pink Rodeo.
